Can I cancel or reschedule my weekend ride if it’s raining?
We ride rain or shine! Refunds are only given if we cancel due to severe weather like thunder and lightning. Weekend or holiday rides cannot be rescheduled. Weekday rides may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, all visits are by appointment only.
Is there an age limit?
Not at all! We have horses suited for all ages and abilities. Mounting blocks and platforms are available for added ease.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, we can accommodate riders up to 275 lbs. Please let us know in advance if a rider is over 200 lbs so we can match them with the right horse and saddle.
Do we have to wear helmets?
Helmets are required for riders under 18. Adults can request one if preferred, and we’ll gladly provide it.
Can we bring treats for the horses?
Yes! The horses love apples and carrots.
Can we take pictures?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos and videos. Let us know if you’d like help with a group or individual picture with your horse. Don't forget to tag us in your posts!
Do I need riding experience?
Not at all! We welcome riders of all experience levels, including those trying horseback riding for the first time.
How long are the rides?
Our trails range from 2.5 miles (about 1 hour) to 11 miles (up to 7 hours). Ride times vary depending on the trail you choose.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, military personnel and first responders receive a 10% discount.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available.
Can I request a specific horse?
Of course! Let us know your request when booking your ride, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I sponsor a horse?
Yes! A $100 monthly sponsorship covers a horse’s feed and hay. Donations of any amount are always appreciated.
Is there a dress code?
Please wear closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Rain ponchos are available for $2 if needed, as we do ride in the rain.
